Chermoula


Chermoula. Pretty; tasty.








2 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet smoked paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4-1/2 tsp ground chilli
1 medium chopped tomato
1 handful chopped fresh coriander
3 Tbsp olive oil
zest + juice from one lime (or lemon)
salt and pepper

Blend. Marinate something in it for half an hour (prawns work well). Fry your stuff, not for too long.
