Do the birch bolets taste good? I have never tried them... Obviously, I don't question the tastiness quality of the amanitas! ;o)
I thought they tasted pretty good. Not a strong flavour but they had a nice firm texture when they were cooked. Some guides say that they aren't good eating but I don't see why. Maybe they didn't use enough butter.
